What happens when you choose a plan
- 1. Book a 15-minute call: Choose a plan and pick a time. Bring a job description and we show you how HiringAgent would source and score for it. Nothing is charged.
- 2. We set it up with you: If you go ahead, we connect your inbox and LinkedIn, set up your open roles and write your first job descriptions with you.
- 3. Your first month starts: Sourcing and screening start the same day. Billed monthly, cancel any time.

Questions
- What exactly do I get each month? The candidates on your plan sourced and scored against your roles, the AI phone screens on your plan, and the full ATS — apply pages, resume parsing, pipeline, pool and reports — for unlimited users.
- Who does the work? HiringAgent’s agents write, source, score and screen; our team sets it up with you and keeps your searches sharp. You decide who to hire.
- Is there a free trial? No. Choosing a plan books a 15-minute call, where we walk through one of your roles. Nothing is charged on the call, and if you go ahead the plan is month to month.
- Can I change plans? Yes, at the start of any month. There is no contract and no setup fee.
- What do quarterly and annual billing save? Quarterly takes 10% off and annual takes 20% off every plan.
- Do you charge per recruiter seat? No. Every plan includes unlimited users, so hiring managers can join at no cost.
- Is HiringAgent part of another Agent360 plan? No. HiringAgent is sold on its own. If you already use Agent360, it runs in the same workspace.
