First-round phone screens that schedule and run themselves.
Add candidates to the interview sequence and each gets a text with a booking link. They pick a time, and at that time the Screening Agent calls them with questions written from your job description.
What the Screening Agent does for you
They book the time: A text with a link to pick a 30-minute slot over the next seven days, and a confirmation email once booked.
An AI voice agent calls: At the booked time, the agent calls and asks 8 to 12 questions written from the job description.
Confidential when you need it: The call keeps the hiring company’s name private — useful for agencies and confidential searches.
A calendar of every booking: See every screen on one calendar, and start a call early with Call now.
Status updates itself: Booked candidates are marked booked; finished calls are marked screened.
Up to 100 at once: Add a whole shortlist to the sequence in one go.
How it works
Pick the candidates: Usually your strong matches.
Add them to the sequence: Each gets a text with a booking link.
Meet the ones who pass: Move them to a first interview with your team.
Questions
Does it add the screen to my calendar or send a video link? No. The screen is a phone call from the AI voice agent, listed on HiringAgent’s own calendar. It does not sync with Google or Outlook calendars or create Zoom, Meet or Teams links.
Do I get a transcript or a score from the call? Not today. The candidate’s status moves to screened when the call ends; you decide who moves on.
