Where candidates come from, how scoring and screening work, what HiringAgent does not do, and how it is priced.
HiringAgent is AI candidate sourcing and a modern ATS in one: paste a job description and its agents source candidates, score each 0–100 against the role, run AI phone screens and track everyone from applicant to hired — set up with our team.
From a database of public professional profiles, searched with filters the AI builds from your job description, plus everyone who applies through your apply page and anyone you import from CSV. Every sourced candidate has a LinkedIn profile.
Each candidate gets a 0–100 score against the job description, with skills, experience and location sub-scores, a one-line reason and the gap to check. Resumes sent through the apply page are scored too. 80 and above is a strong match.
Candidates get a text with a link to book a 30-minute slot. At that time an AI voice agent calls and asks 8 to 12 questions written from your job description, and the candidate is marked screened.
Three plans: Starter $197, Pro $397 and Scale $597 a month, for 300, 1,000 or 2,000 candidates sourced and scored. Quarterly billing takes 10% off and annual takes 20% off. Unlimited users, no setup fee, no contract.
No. Every job gets its own apply page and link to share, but HiringAgent does not post to Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs or other boards today.
No. HiringAgent is its own ATS. You can export candidates to CSV.
No. Scores rank candidates and phone screens gather first answers; your team decides who moves forward and who is hired.
No. HiringAgent is sold on its own. If you already use Agent360, it runs in the same workspace.
