Turn a job description into a scored shortlist — without writing a search string.
The Sourcing Agent reads your job description, turns it into search filters — titles, locations, skills, seniority and years of experience — and pulls matching people from a database of public professional profiles. Up to 300 candidates a run, each scored against the role.
What the Sourcing Agent does for you
No boolean strings: The agent writes the filters from the description: up to four titles, three locations and four skills, plus seniority and years.
Widens when it runs dry: If the first search is too narrow, it relaxes locations, then skills, then seniority — and tells you.
10 to 300 a run: Choose the size of the run. A live progress bar shows it working, and you can stop it any time.
Every candidate has a profile: Each one comes with a LinkedIn profile link, current title, company and location.
No duplicates: Someone already on the job is never added twice.
Reach out from the same screen: Look up an email or phone number, send an AI-drafted email from your own inbox, or call from the dialer.
How it works
Open a job: The description is the brief.
Run sourcing: Pick 10, 100 or 300 candidates and press go.
Work the shortlist: Sort by match score, then reach out, invite them to apply or book a phone screen.
Questions
Where do the candidates come from? From a database of public professional profiles, searched with filters the agent builds from your job description. Every candidate has a LinkedIn profile. It does not search inside LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator.
Can I add candidates I already know? Yes. Add one by hand or import up to 1,000 at a time from a CSV file.
