The Open-to-Work Agent checks each sourced candidate for an open-to-work signal — through your own connected LinkedIn account and their headline — and badges the ones who are looking. Keep everyone, or keep only the people open to work.
What the Open-to-Work Agent does for you
A badge on every signal: Candidates showing they are open to work are marked in the shortlist and the pool.
Prefer or only: “Prefer open to work” badges them and keeps everyone; “Only open to work” drops anyone without the signal.
Read through your own account: The check uses the LinkedIn account you connect, and is paced to stay inside LinkedIn’s daily limits.
Filter the pool: Show only open-to-work candidates across every job you have open.
How it works
Connect LinkedIn: Sign in once from your workspace.
Choose the mode: Prefer open to work, or only open to work, per sourcing run.
Start with warm candidates: Reach the people already looking first.
Questions
Does it need my LinkedIn account? Yes. Open-to-work checks read profiles through the LinkedIn account you connect. Without it, sourcing and scoring still work; the badges do not.
Does “only open to work” find fewer people? Usually. It reads more profiles to keep only the ones with the signal, so a run takes longer and may return fewer candidates.
