This page lets California residents, and authorized agents acting on their behalf, opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA.

This page lets California residents (and authorized agents acting on their behalf) exercise the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100 et seq.).

1. Our position on “sale” and “sharing”

Agent360 LLC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do load Google Tag Manager (GTM-K8J3FXLT), Google Analytics 4 (G-P81EF0PYYC), and the Google Ads conversion tag (AW-17894729837) ongetagent360.com; out of an abundance of caution we treat the Google Ads deployment in particular as constituting “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA definition of that term. The full disclosure is in Privacy Policy §5.1.

Submitting this form (or enabling GPC) immediately blocks those tags from collecting further identifiers in your browser via Google Consent Mode v2, sets a long-liveda360-do-not-share opt-out cookie that applies on future visits, and registers your request in our CPRA evidence log.

2. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Agent360 LLC honors browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out under California law. If you enable GPC in your browser, no further action is required from you for this site.

3. Submit a request

Use the form below, or email [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” We respond within 15 business days with confirmation, and complete the opt-out within 45 days as required by CPRA (extendable once for up to 45 additional days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you).

4. Authorized agents

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a California resident, check the “authorized agent” box above. We may require (a) written permission from the consumer, and (b) verification of the consumer’s identity directly with the consumer, before processing the request.

5. Non-discrimination

Agent360 LLC will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, provide a different level or quality of service, or retaliate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.
