This Cookie Policy explains how Agent360 LLC (“Agent360”) uses cookies and similar technologies on getagent360.com, on *.agent360.com tenant subdomains, and in the Services. It is part of, and should be read with, the Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

A “cookie” is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels) work in comparable ways. We use both session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or you delete them).

2. Categories of cookies we use

The Klaro Service ID column matches the per-service IDs surfaced in the in-product cookie-preferences modal, so you can map each cookie back to the consent toggle that controls it.

3. How we obtain consent

We use a consent banner powered by Klaro! to obtain and record your cookie preferences. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the button below or the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer.

4. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browsers vary in their support for Do Not Track (“DNT”), so we do not currently respond to DNT. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out from the “sale” or “share” of personal information under California law.

5. California — “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”

Agent360 LLC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. The Google Ads conversion tag described in §2 is Klaro-gated and only loads after the visitor accepts the marketing-google-ads service; if loaded, it may transmit identifiers (cookie IDs, IP-derived signals, conversion events) to Google LLC, and out of an abundance of caution we treat that disclosure as “sharing” under CCPA/CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(ah)) and provide the opt-out mechanisms below. See also Privacy Policy §5.1.

To opt out — any one of these is sufficient and immediately effective: enable Global Privacy Control (GPC); use the dedicated Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information opt-out page; decline the marketing-google-ads service in the Klaro preferences modal; or email [email protected].

We do not “share” the personal information of users we know to be under 16 years of age.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break authentication and parts of the Services.

7. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the cookie banner and announced in-product. The “Version” and “Last Updated” header at the top is the source of truth.
