Subprocessors

Agent360 LLC engages the following subprocessors to deliver the Services, requiring data-protection commitments from each and assessing their security measures.

Agent360 LLC engages the following subprocessors to deliver the AI voice-receptionist Services (“Zoe”). We require data-protection commitments from each subprocessor and assess their security measures. We will give Customers at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice (or a shorter commercially reasonable period when not feasible) before engaging a new subprocessor that processes personal data.

This page is incorporated by reference as Annex III to the Data Processing Agreement. Resilience and per-Sub-processor failover commitments referenced from SLA §4(d) are published at /compliance/architecture.

Hosting and Database

• Supabase (US/EU regions): Authentication, Postgres database, object storage, edge functions, row-level-security tenant isolation.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) (US): Backing infrastructure for compute, networking, and managed services used by Agent360 and certain subprocessors.

Large-Language-Model Processing

• OpenAI (US): Real-time and batch LLM inference for intake conversation, summaries, and classifications. Customer data is not used to train OpenAI’s general models.
• Anthropic (US): LLM inference for select intake and reasoning tasks. Customer data is not used to train Anthropic’s general models.

Voice and Speech

• Deepgram (US): Real-time and batch speech-to-text transcription of call audio.
• ElevenLabs (US/EU): Text-to-speech / voice synthesis for the AI agent voice.

Telephony and Messaging

• SignalWire (US): Inbound and outbound voice carrier, number provisioning, SIP signaling.
• Twilio (US): Inbound and outbound voice, SMS, programmable messaging (10DLC).

Communications

• Resend (US/EU): Transactional email delivery for service notifications, alerts, and magic links.

Billing

• Stripe (US/EU): Payment processing for plan charges and AI-credit top-ups, invoicing. Card data is collected and processed by Stripe; Agent360 does not store full card numbers.

Notes

• Data is processed in the region(s) selected by the provider and subject to transfer safeguards (EU SCCs / UK IDTA, where applicable).
• Agent360 does not sell personal information.
• Customers serving EU/UK data subjects should execute the Data Processing Addendum.
